Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 1β3 business days. For custom prints, it can take up to 7 business days depending on the product type (like embroidery or all-over prints).
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but only if the order is still in βOn Holdβ or βLiveβ status. Once it's moved into printing or packing, we canβt make any changes or cancellations.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are usually delivered within 2β5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Some pin codes may take longer.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, COD is available for most orders within India. A small COD fee applies at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your order ships, youβll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow some time for the status to update.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Unfortunately, we donβt offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or personal preferences.
Q: How do I report a damaged or defective item?
A: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Be sure to include an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
Q: My order was returned (RTO). What now?
A: If your order was undeliverable and returned to us, weβll hold it for up to 100 days. You can request a reshipment by covering the shipping cost.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds may take longer based on the method selected.
Q: Are shipping charges refundable?
A: Shipping charges are only refunded if the issue was on our end (e.g., misprint or defect).
