3. Returns & Refunds:

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

4. Replacement & Exchange:

• Replacements are offered for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
• Email us with proof (photo/video) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Used products, custom or personalized items, and items without original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All designs, logos, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Urban Needle. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
