Return & Refund

Eligibility for Returns:
We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or color preference are not eligible, as each product is made to order.

Return Window:
To request a return, please contact us at urbanneedle.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo of the item and your order number.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Products must be returned only after return request approval.

Refunds:
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:
If a return is approved, we will provide the return shipping details. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.
